What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Our goal is to help bring creativity to the planner and stationery world, so let’s keep the MOQ to a minimal - just 10.
What to expect after placing an order?
Here is the general process:
We’ll review your artwork and confirm all details with you.
Once everything is approved, we’ll prepare a sample (if applicable) for your final confirmation.
Production begins! This usually takes about 5–7 business days.
We’ll carefully package your products and prepare them for shipping.
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order is on the way.
Your custom stationery will arrive soon — get ready to enjoy (and share) your creations!
How long is the processing time?
Our processing time is generally 5–7 business days after you approve your final samples. However, timing may vary depending on order quantities and other factors. Please make sure to also allow extra time for sample review and approval before production begins, as well as additional shipping time once your order is complete. Please feel free to email us your deadlines — we’ll do our best to accommodate!
How to upload files larger than 10MB?
You can upload use [WeTransfer] and NO NEED to register for an account with it.
How much does shipping cost?
United States: We ship via USPS Ground Advantage, which typically delivers within 2–5 business days, though delays may extend delivery up to 8 business days. Shipping rates are adjusted based on weight and destination, and all orders include tracking.
Los Angeles-based artists: We offer free local pickup by appointment — a great way to skip shipping costs and receive your order faster!
